Sisters Academy – Where art radically meet education and vice versa

Gry  Worre Hallberg will present the radical art-educational project Sisters Academy. Herewithin she will present the idea of The Poetic Self in a joint performative exercise. 

Sisters Academy Malmö is a co-production between the Malmö-based cultural venue Inkonst and the Copenhagen-based performancegroup Sisters Hope. Sisters Academy: The Takeover took place from 29.2. - 11.3. 2016 at the actual upper secondary school Nova Academy in Simrishamn,  as we took over the leadership and placed the aesthetic dimension at the center of learning. In this talk the artistic director of Sisters Hope Gry Worre Hallberg will present the ideas and visions behind Sisters Academy including a poetic exercise to unfold all of our so-called Poetic Selves.
