Danshörnan med Kroppsklubben & ZebraDans
- Kroppsklubben & ZebraDans
A meeting place for dance throughout the festival – for anyone involved in dance for children and young people, and for curious festival visitors. At Danshörnan, you can take a break between performances, meet colleagues, rest your body and get some exercise.
Two recurring programme items take place from Wednesday to Friday: Danspaus and Dansring. In between, Danshörnan is open for spontaneous meetings and conversations.
Danspaus | 12.15–13.15
A break from rushing between performances. Take off your shoes and step onto the dance mats to hang out with colleagues, friends – and those you don't know yet. There is space here for light dance and movement, stretching, body awareness and rest for legs and mind. During the hour, you will be treated to a short dance phrase from our shared treasure trove of dance performances for children and young people. No pressure. Just joy.
Dansring | 3:00–4:00 p.m.
In Dansringen, colleagues and festival visitors meet in an open roundtable discussion – without a table. We sit on the floor and talk seriously together. Here we gather questions and dilemmas from the field and turn them over together, with curiosity and respect for different experiences. The conversations can be about anything from open days and audience meetings to pedagogy, conditions and future conversations at bibu.
Behind Danshörnan are Lisa Nilsson (Kroppsklubben) and Lisa Spets (ZebraDans).
Come as you are. Stay a while and step into dance, movement and conversation.
